The platform requires a minimum 12×12 ft clear space with a standard power outlet nearby.
How many people can be on the platform at once?
Up to 2-3 guests can stand on the platform at a time, depending on the configuration.
How do guests receive their video?
Guests enter their phone number or email and receive a download link within seconds of their session.
Can we add it to a photo booth package?
Yes! Combining the 360 booth with our digital photo booth is one of our most popular packages. Ask about bundle pricing.
Is reliable Wi-Fi required?
Yes. Reliable Wi-Fi is required so media can be processed and shared properly. If venue Wi-Fi is unavailable or unreliable, please let us know before your event so we can discuss options.
How do I reserve my date?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event.
